Government Council to Convene on Thursday

At the beginning of its proceedings, the Council will follow a presentation by the Minister of National Education, Preschool Learning and Sports on « the roadmap 2022-2026 for a quality public school for all ».

The Council will then examine four draft decrees, the first of which concerns the implementation of the law on the Code of basic medical coverage, while the second sets the conditions and procedures for appointing state representatives in the deliberative bodies of public institutions and enterprises, as well as the amounts and procedures determining the allowances they are granted, said Monday a statement by the department of the head of government.

The third draft decree sets the conditions and procedures for appointing independent members in the deliberative bodies of institutions and public enterprises, as well as the amounts and procedures determining the allowances they are granted, the same source added, noting that the fourth text concerns the maritime navigation services.

The Council will complete its proceedings by examining proposals for appointment to high office, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution, concluded the statement.
