Moroccan FM Meets with Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister

In a statement to the press after the meeting, Rzayev said that the talks focused on issues of development of bilateral relations.
He also stressed that a « thorough » dialogue took place regarding the preparation of the next session of the bilateral intergovernmental commission that will be co-chaired by the two foreign ministers and will be held next year.
« We are convinced that this session will further develop political, economic and humanitarian ties between our two countries, » he added.
« Azerbaijan and Morocco are separated by a vast geographical distance but are linked by history, culture and above all a common vision of sovereign development, respect for the territorial integrity of each and the importance of contributing to international peace, security and stability, » said Rzayev.
