Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens Green

The Casablanca Stock Exchange started slightly higher on Thursday, with its flagship index, the MASI, taking 0.09%, at 10,507.14 points.
The MASI-20, an index of the 20 most liquid stocks, and the MASI-ESG, an index of companies with the best ESG rating, as published by Moody’s ESG Solutions, rose respectively by 0.18% to 840.11 points and 0.11% to 797.3 points.
The MASI Mid and Small Cap, a thematic index that calculates the performance of small and medium-sized companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, fell by 0.26% to 849.95 points.
The FTSE CSE Morocco 15, composed of the 15 main values of the Casablanca Stock Exchange, ranked by market capitalization, was down 0.55% to 9,597.76 pts, and the FTSE CSE Morocco All-Liquid, a benchmark index that tracks the performance of all liquid securities of the Exchange, lost 0.48% to 8,730.46 points.
