Charles III vows to ‘do all’ to strengthen UK ties with Germany

Charles III vowed Wednesday to do his utmost to boost ties between Britain and Germany, as he undertook his first foreign visit as king.

“Throughout the time that is granted to me as king I will do all I can to strengthen the connections between us,” the British monarch said during a state banquet hosted by German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
