At the start of its proceedings, the Council will examine three bills, the first determines the conditions of physical fitness and medical check-ups for fishermen, the second sets out the terms and formalities for setting up and supporting online businesses, while the third amends and supplements the decree on the award of honorary doctorates by universities.
It will then examine a convention on judicial cooperation in civil, commercial and administrative matters, concluded on April 28, 2023 in Dakhla between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Sierra Leone, as well as a draft law approving the said convention.
At the end of its proceedings, the Council will examine proposals for appointments to higher offices, in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution, the press release concludes.
