Message of Condolences from HM the King to Family of Late Abdelkader Retnani
His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolences and compassion to the family of the late publisher Abdelkader Retnani, who died during the night of Monday to Tuesday.
In the message, the Sovereign said He had learned with deep sorrow of the news of Abdelkader Retnani’s death, may God surround him with His holy mercy and welcome him into His vast paradise.
On this sad occasion, His Majesty the King expresses to the members of the deceased’s family, and through them to the cultural and sporting family, His deep condolences and sincere feelings of compassion following this cruel loss, divine will being unstoppable.
In this respect, the Sovereign recalls with esteem the qualities of the late Retnani, his patriotism and his strong attachment to enriching the national cultural scene, by overseeing the editing and publication of several books and encyclopedias of high quality, particularly those related to the national heritage and Moroccan civilization, in addition to his contribution to promoting the practice of football, as one of the leaders and directors of pioneering clubs.
While sharing the feelings of the members of the family of the late Retnani in this painful ordeal, HM the King prays to the Almighty to grant them patience and comfort, and to amply reward the late Retnani for his good works in the service of the homeland, and to welcome him among the virtuous.
