The Council will examine four draft decrees, the first of which relates to the implementation of the law on the direct social assistance scheme, while the second sets the threshold for benefiting from the direct social assistance scheme, according to a statement by the Department of the Head of Government.
The third draft decree concerns the implementation of the law creating the National Social Assistance Agency, while the fourth draft sets out the conditions and procedures for public assistance to the press, publishing, printing and distribution sectors.
At the end of its proceedings, the Council will examine proposals for appointments to higher offices, in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution, the same source pointed out, adding that the Council will then hold a meeting dedicated to the examination of certain proposed laws.
