In a recent turn of events, the King’s Attorney General at Rabat’s Court of Appeal of Rabat has vehemently denied the disturbing allegations circulating on social media regarding the filming of young women engaging in acts of zoophilia in a house located in the suburbs of Khemisset.

The official statement from the Attorney General sheds light on the matter, addressing the uproar that ensued after audio recordings surfaced on various instant messaging applications and social media platforms. These recordings implicated the son of a judicial official in luring young women to his residence and capturing them engaging in explicit acts with an animal, all in exchange for monetary compensation.

However, after a thorough investigation conducted by the competent public prosecutor, the results indicate that the owner of the house is, in fact, a citizen residing and working in a European country, disassociating him from the initial allegations. Crucially, it has been clarified that he is not related to any judicial official, challenging the initial narrative.

Four individuals, comprising two men and two women, have been brought before the public prosecutor as a consequence. The two women are suspected of disseminating the audio recordings, allegedly based on rumors within certain circles of the city. Notably, these women failed to provide names or identities, claiming to have shared the recordings with others who, in turn, added their own embellishments. One woman, in particular, is accused of introducing the element of zoophilic acts.

The investigation also revealed that the two women propagated fictitious crimes involving perverse sexual practices with an animal, without presenting any evidence to substantiate their claims. This has raised suspicions that the audio recordings may have been fabricated, and the dissemination of photos alongside these recordings was attributed to personal disagreements between the two women and those depicted.

Among the four individuals facing legal consequences, one man is identified as a friend of the house owner, while the other is a taxi owner. Both are suspected of involvement in bringing women to the house for purposes unrelated to zoophilia, contrary to the allegations made in the audio recordings.

In response to these findings, the relevant public prosecutor has submitted a request to the investigating judge, seeking further inquiry into the individuals involved. Charges include reporting a crime that never occurred, presenting false evidence related to a fictitious crime, spreading false allegations, and unauthorized dissemination of photos with the intent to infringe on personal lives and defame individuals.

As a result of their preliminary interrogation, the investigating judge has ordered the incarceration of the accused pending the completion of the investigation. The search continues for any remaining individuals suspected of involvement in activities contrary to the law related to this case. Legal measures will be determined based on the conclusive findings of the ongoing investigation.
