This meeting is part of the bilateral meetings held between the officials of the security and intelligence services of the Kingdoms of Morocco and Spain, with the aim of examining ways to develop bilateral cooperation in a number of security fields, the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance (DGST) said in a statement.
The meeting also represents a new opportunity for the two parties to take stock of their distinguished cooperative relations in the field of security, and to exchange views on a range of issues of common interest, in addition to monitoring and preventing emerging dangers and challenges with a view to tackling them, added the same source.
These talks reflect, once again, the high importance and advanced level of bilateral cooperation between the Moroccan and Spanish security services, which is based on the depth of the strategic partnership linking the two countries, concluded the statement.
