On her departure from the Rabat-Salé airport, Côte d’Ivoire’s First Lady reviewed a section of the Auxiliary Forces that paid the honors, before being greeted by the Wali of the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra region, Mohamed Yacoubi.
Dominique Ouattara was also greeted by the President of the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra Region, Rachid El Abdi, the Governor of the Salé Prefecture, Omar Touimi, the President of the Salé Prefectural Council, Noureddine Lazrak, the President of the Salé City Council, Omar Sentissi, the Coordinator of the Lalla Asmae Foundation, Karim Essakkali, the Kingdom’s Ambassador to Côte d’Ivoire, Abdelmalek Kettani, and members of Côte d’Ivoire’s Embassy in Morocco.
The First Lady of Côte d’Ivoire arrived in Morocco late on Tuesday afternoon for a working visit to launch the second phase of Côte d’Ivoire’s « United, We Hear Each Other Better » campaign, which aims to restore hearing to disadvantaged African children.
The visit was marked by the launch of a newborn hearing screening program in the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra region, and the inauguration of the Lalla Asmae Foundation’s hearing diagnosis and rehabilitation center.
