Secretary of NAUSS Supreme Council Lauds DGSN’s Constant Commitment to Fulfilling its Duty to Protect Homeland & Citizens

Secretary of the Supreme Council of the Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS), Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Ali Alharfash, hailed the constant commitment of the Directorate General of National Security (DGSN) to fulfilling its duty to protect the Homeland and its citizens.

In a tweet on the X network, on the occasion of his participation in the official opening ceremony of the 5th edition of the DGSN’s Open Days (JPO), which coincides with the celebration of the 68th anniversary of its creation, Alharfash wrote that it was a ceremony distinguished by its shows and parades during which the National Security family reiterated its constant commitment, over 68 years, to fulfilling its duty to protect the Homeland and citizens with dedication and discipline.

He also emphasized the readiness and capacity of the National Security to meet all future challenges, expressing his pleasure at taking part in the annual celebrations of the creation of DGSN, at the invitation of Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, Abdellatif Hammouchi.

The 5th edition of the Open Days of the Directorate General of National Security kicked off on Thursday evening in Agadir, under the theme: “National security: citizenship and solidarity”.

This citizens’ initiative, which will run until May 21, aims to inform the public about the modernization efforts put in place by the DGSN to ensure the safety of people and property and preserve public order.
