At the start of its proceedings, the Council will follow a presentation by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests, Mohamed Sadiki, on preparations for Eid Al-Adha, before examining a draft law on the first marketing of maritime fishing products, says the press release.
Subsequently, the Council will examine three draft decrees, the first of which amends and supplements the decree determining the remit and organization of the Ministry of Justice, while the second sets out the procedure for declassifying plots of land from the public hydraulic domain, and the third concerns the opening of additional appropriations to the general budget, the same source adds.
Wrapping up the session, the council will deliberate on proposals for appointments to senior positions, in compliance with the stipulations outlined in the Constitution’s Article 92.
Following the Council’s proceedings, the government will hold a special meeting to examine proposed legislation, concludes the same source.
