The TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025 qualifiers draw is set to take place tomorrow in Johannesburg.
48 African teams will be drawn into groups, vying for a spot in the prestigious tournament. Ranked based on the latest FIFA list (June 20th, 2024), teams will be divided into four pots for the draw.
The top twelve nations go into Pot 1, filling the remaining pots accordingly.
the qualifiers will consist of 12 groups (A-L) with four teams each.
Typically, the top two from each group advance. However, since Morocco qualifies automatically as host, the group containing them will send only the second-placed team alongside the group winner.
