Casablanca Stock Exchange Starts Higher

The Casablanca Stock Exchange started Thursday on a positive note, with its main index, the MASI, rising by 0.15% to 13,605.73 points.

The MASI.20, an index of the 20 most liquid stocks, increased by 0.25% to 1,105.54 points. The MASI.ESG index, which includes companies with the best ESG ratings as published by Moody’s ESG Solutions, rose by 0.21% to 991.85 points.

Contrarily, the MASI Mid and Small Cap, a thematic index tracking the performance of small and mid-sized companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, decreased slightly by 0.03% to 1,227.52 points.
