HM King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to Paul Kagame on his election as president of the Republic of Rwanda for a second term.
In this message, the Sovereign expresses His warmest congratulations and His best wishes for continued success to Kagame in his presidential duties.
HM the King congratulated Paul Kagame on the Rwandan people’s renewed trust in his competences and his ability to lead them towards further achievements, progress and prosperity.
The Sovereign took this opportunity to reaffirm His firm determination to continue to work with the president of the Republic of Rwanda to strengthen the fraternal relations rooted in mutual esteem between the two countries, and to reinforce the fruitful Moroccan-Rwandan cooperation, serving both people’s shared interests and promoting integration and solidarity between African countries.
