Rising Temperatures and Hot Weather Expected in Various Regions of Morocco on Saturday
The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts a continuous rise in temperatures for Saturday, with hot weather particularly in the Tadla plains, Rahmna, Saïs, Gharb, Oulmès, the southeast of the country, and within the Saharan provinces.
Low and relatively dense clouds are expected, as usual, in the morning and at night along the Atlantic coast and the western Mediterranean coast, accompanied by local fog formations. Cumulus clouds will develop over the Middle Atlas and its eastern slopes, with some scattered showers and a chance of thunderstorms.
The weather will be clear to partly cloudy in the rest of the regions, with localized dust storms in the desert areas of the Kingdom. Additionally, moderate to strong wind gusts are expected in the Tangier region and in the south of the country.
Minimum temperatures will range between 24 and 30 degrees in the Gharb, Saïs, the interior of Souss, the plains west of the Atlas, as well as in the far south and southeast of the country. They will be between 10 and 16 degrees in the Rif, the Oriental region, and the Atlas mountains, and between 17 and 23 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom.
The sea will be slightly rough on the Mediterranean, and slightly rough to rough on the Strait of Gibraltar and along the Atlantic coast.
