The judicial police of the Tiznit security zone referred a young man in his twenties to the public prosecutor at the city’s court of first instance this Thursday, suspected of being involved in a series of car thefts in various areas. According to information provided, the police managed to arrest the suspect, who is from the Sidi Ahmed Oumoussi community near Tiznit, following thorough field investigations that led to the discovery of a stolen car key in his possession.
This police intervention was in response to a series of thefts in the city of Tiznit, including the theft of a gendarme’s car, which was abandoned after running out of fuel, as well as other thefts from vehicles in various neighborhoods of the city known as the « Silver Capital. »
