Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens Higher

The Casablanca Stock Exchange opened its trading session with a rise on Tuesday, with its main index, the MASI, gaining 0.23% to reach 13,963.04 points.

Shortly after the opening, the MASI.20 index, which includes the 20 most liquid stocks, and the MASI.ESG index, which tracks companies with the highest ESG ratings as published by Moody’s ESG Solutions, were up by 0.33% to 1,134.12 points and 0.23% to 1,019.72 points, respectively.

The MASI Mid and Small Cap index, which measures the performance of small and medium-sized companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, also gained 0.15%, reaching 1,253.63 points.

On Monday, the MASI had closed with a loss of 0.17%.
