Film Festival 2024: Celebrating Cinema Across Morocco

Attention film enthusiasts! From September 7 to 10, the Film Festival is set to take over screens across Morocco, offering the public a unique opportunity to celebrate cinema in all its forms.

This event, initiated by the Moroccan Cinematographic Center and the Moroccan Chamber of Cinema Theaters, and organized by the Nelio Agency, will mark its first edition by offering a single ticket price of 30 DH per screening in cinemas nationwide, making cinema accessible to all.

For four days, cinema will be celebrated in 20 theaters and multiplexes across 7 cities in the Kingdom. More than 50 carefully selected films will transport audiences on a rich and diverse cinematic journey.

As a special preview, the highly anticipated film « Triple A » by Moroccan director Jihane El Bahhar will be screened, giving moviegoers the chance to see this exclusive title before its official release.

The 2024 Film Festival also offers a series of special encounters where the public can explore behind the scenes of the film industry by engaging with directors, actors, and industry experts.

This event is aimed at a diverse audience, from students and young cinema enthusiasts to families, professionals, and passionate cinephiles.

Everyone will have the opportunity to explore and enjoy cinema in all its facets, in a festive and accessible atmosphere. Through this initiative, Morocco reaffirms its commitment to promoting and valuing cinema, making it more inclusive and accessible to all.

Supported by theater operators and driven by partner cinemas, this initiative aims to unite all industry players, from institutions to distributors, in a collective effort to promote and disseminate cinematic culture.
