Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat has transferred to Turkish club « Fenerbahçe » on loan with a commitment to purchase under a contract valued at 15 million euros.
Italian media reported that Fiorentina has reached an agreement with the Turkish team, allowing Amrabat to join Fenerbahçe on loan with an obligation to buy.
Amrabat is entering the final year of his contract with Fiorentina, which ends on June 20, 2025. Although Fenerbahçe announced the deal as a loan, the purchase of the player’s contract is expected to be completed after the loan period ends.
Fenerbahçe announced via a statement on its official social media accounts that Amrabat has arrived in Istanbul to undergo medical examinations in preparation for joining the club, where his fellow countryman Youssef En-Nesyri also plays.
