Informed sources have revealed that the Egyptian club Pyramids has made an offer to their Moroccan international player, Mohamed Chibi, to extend his contract, which expires next June, for an additional two years.

The same sources noted that the club management presented Chibi with a substantial financial offer that exceeds his current salary, in an attempt to convince him to stay with the team until 2027.

However, Chibi has yet to decide whether to remain in the Egyptian league after his contract expires next summer, especially since he has faced significant pressure recently due to his legal dispute with Al-Ahly player Hussein El Shahat.

It was also revealed that Chibi had considered leaving Pyramids during the last summer transfer window, but the club’s management firmly rejected the idea.
