A government council will be held the day after tomorrow, Thursday, chaired by Aziz Akhannouch, the Head of Government.
A press release from the government’s presidency stated that the session will begin with a presentation by the Minister of Tourism, Handicrafts, Social and Solidarity Economy on the results of the summer tourist season.
Following this, the council will review a draft law aimed at amending and supplementing the legislation related to mandatory basic health insurance and introducing specific provisions.
The council will also consider three draft decrees: the first concerning the quality and health safety of marketed sauces; the second amending the decree approving the anti-seismic construction code « R.P.S 2000 » for buildings and establishing the national engineering committee for earthquake prevention; and the third amending the decree on anti-seismic construction standards for buildings made of mud, along with the establishment of a national committee for mud-built structures.
The session will conclude with the review of proposals for appointments to senior positions, in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.
