A 23-year-old man, showing signs of mental disturbance, was arrested this Thursday, September 19, in Tangier, on suspicion of murdering his sister. Initial investigations suggest the suspect assaulted his father at the family home in central Tangier. When his sister tried to intervene, the suspect fatally attacked her with a bladed weapon. The police investigations led to the arrest of the suspect and the seizure of the weapon used in the crime.
