The Casablanca Stock Exchange concluded its trading session on Thursday in the green, with its main index, MASI, rising by 0.68% to settle at 14,184.33 points.
The MASI.20 index, which reflects the performance of the 20 most liquid companies listed on the exchange, advanced by 0.99% to 1,149.63 points. Meanwhile, the MASI.ESG index, which tracks companies with the best ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) ratings, gained 0.89%, reaching 1,016.09 points.
The MASI Mid and Small Cap index, which reflects the performance of small and medium-sized companies listed on the exchange, also rose by 0.25%, closing at 1,344.68 points.
As for international indices, the FTSE CSE Morocco 15 and FTSE Morocco All-Liquid indices increased by 1.23% to 13,350.17 points and 0.98% to 11,931.15 points, respectively.
