The Casablanca Stock Exchange opened trading today, Thursday, on a positive note. The main index, « MASI », rose by 0.26%, reaching 14,125.01 points.
The « MASI.20 » index, reflecting the performance of the top 20 listed companies, increased by 0.27%, reaching 1,141.41 points. Similarly, the MASI.ESG index, representing companies with the best ESG rankings, went up by 0.15%, reaching 1,008.58 points.
The MASI Mid and Small Cap index, which tracks small and medium-sized enterprises, also saw a solid gain of 0.61%, reaching 1,349.55 points.
On Wednesday, the MASI index had closed with a gain of 0.64%.
