The Casablanca Stock Exchange began its trading session this Friday in the green, with its main index, MASI, rising by 0.32%, reaching 14,229.05 points.
The MASI.20 index, which reflects the performance of the top 20 listed companies, increased by 0.2% to 1,151.95 points. Similarly, the MASI.ESG index, which includes companies with the best ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ratings, rose by 0.09% to 1,016.97 points.
The MASI Mid and Small Cap index, tracking the performance of small and medium-sized listed companies, also strengthened, rising by 0.45% to 1,350.78 points.
On Thursday, the MASI index had ended the day with a 0.68% gain.
