The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts, this Thursday, localized showers with thunderstorms in the southern Sahara provinces of the kingdom. Light rain or scattered drops are also expected, especially during the night, over the regions of Tangier, Loukkos, and northern Gharb.
Local fog patches are expected in the morning and night over the northern and central plains, as well as the northwestern part of the southern provinces.
For the following night, very light and localized rains are expected along the coasts between Tiznit and Tarfaya. Aside from that, the weather will remain relatively warm in the southern Sahara provinces, with moderate to strong gusts of wind on the central coasts and the Mediterranean shores.
Minimum temperatures will range from 22 to 28 degrees in the southern Sahara provinces, from 10 to 15 degrees in the Atlas mountains, nearby regions, the eastern Rif, and the high eastern plateaus, and between 15 and 22 degrees elsewhere across the kingdom.
During the day, temperatures will rise in the southeastern and eastern parts of the country, while a drop is expected in other regions.
The sea will be slightly to moderately rough in the Mediterranean, calm to slightly rough in the Strait of Gibraltar, and slightly to moderately rough along the Atlantic coast.
