The General Directorate of Meteorology expects scattered rain showers today in the regions of Tangier, Loukous, and Western Rif, with weak rains or drizzles over Gharb, Saiss, Middle Atlas, Chaouia, Doukkala, and along the coasts between Tiznit and Laayoune.
Scattered thunderstorms are also expected in the High Atlas and the far south of the kingdom, while the weather will be somewhat warm in the extreme south.
Local sandy winds are anticipated in the southern regions, with moderately strong wind gusts in these areas, as well as along the Mediterranean coast and near the central coasts.
Minimum temperatures will range from 22 to 29 degrees in the far south, from 9 to 15 degrees in the Atlas and Rif regions, and from 14 to 21 degrees in the rest of the country.
Daytime temperatures will slightly drop.
The sea will be calm to slightly rough along the Mediterranean coast, slightly rough in the Strait of Gibraltar, and slightly rough to rough along the Atlantic coast.
