On Sunday, the Anti-Gang Unit of the Fes Security Directorate arrested a man suspected of murdering his wife in their home located in the Arsat Zitoun subdivision, Zouagha district.
The residents of the Arsat Zitoun neighborhood in Zouagha, Fes, woke up on Sunday to a shocking crime: a young woman in her thirties was brutally murdered by her husband.
According to local sources, the suspect, born in 1985 and nicknamed « El Hilous, » killed his 31-year-old wife under mysterious circumstances.
The Fes Security authorities are continuing their preliminary investigations to determine the circumstances of the incident and uncover the true reasons behind this horrific crime. The victim’s body has been sent to the morgue as part of the investigation, under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor.
