Water Supply Interruption in Fès

The Independent Agency for Water and Electricity Distribution in Fès (RADEEF) announced a drinking water interruption this Wednesday in several neighborhoods of the city. In a statement, the agency explained that this disruption is part of scheduled maintenance work, which will affect the neighborhoods of Labyta and Ben Slimane, starting Thursday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

RADEEF confirmed that water distribution might resume before the scheduled time without prior notice, and it apologized to residents for the inconvenience caused by this necessary measure aimed at improving service quality and ensuring continuity.

Preparation for the Rainy Season

In another context, the agency mentioned that it continues its preparations for the upcoming rainy season through an intensive program to clean storm drains and rainwater channels in various neighborhoods of the city of Fès.

This program is being implemented in coordination with municipal and district services to ensure that infrastructure is ready to handle any heavy rainfall.

This work is part of RADEEF’s commitment to enhancing services and avoiding any disruptions that could affect residents’ daily lives during the winter season.
