The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, this Wednesday, light scattered rain or local showers in the regions of Tangier, Loukkos, western Rif, and the West by the end of the evening.
Light rain showers are also anticipated tonight over the plains north of El Jadida, the northern Saïs region, and the Mediterranean coast.
Relatively dense low clouds with very light rain are expected over the central coasts and the northwest of the Saharan provinces. Additionally, fog patches might form in some Atlantic coastal areas, with relatively strong wind gusts forecasted in the Tangier area, the Atlas mountains, and the northern part of the southern provinces.
Minimum temperatures will range from 5 to 9 degrees in the High and Middle Atlas mountains, 9 to 13 degrees in the Rif and the eastern highlands, and 20 to 22 degrees in the far southeast and the southern provinces of the kingdom. Elsewhere, they will range between 14 and 19 degrees.
Maximum temperatures are expected to decrease in the central regions of the country, while increasing in other areas.
The sea will be slightly to moderately choppy along the Mediterranean coast and other shores. It will become choppy to rough in the evening in the Strait and rough to very rough in the afternoon between Cape Spartel and Tarfaya.
