The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts for Thursday light and scattered rain in the Rif, Gharb, Loukkos, northern plains, and Saïss regions. Thunderstorms with gusty winds and a chance of hail are expected in the extreme south of the country during the following night.
Dense fog or very light rain droplets are also expected along the northern and central coasts, along with strong wind gusts and scattered dust in the northeastern Saharan provinces of the Kingdom.
The minimum temperatures will range between 9°C and 14°C in the Atlas Mountains and eastern highlands, between 19°C and 25°C in the far south, and between 15°C and 21°C in the rest of the country.
Maximum temperatures will rise in the southern regions and along the central coasts, while they will decrease in other areas.
The sea will be slightly to moderately rough in the Mediterranean, rough to very rough in the Strait of Gibraltar and between Cape Spartel and Tan-Tan, and slightly to moderately rough along the other coasts.
