The Casablanca Stock Exchange opened trading this Thursday with strong performance, as the main index « MASI » advanced by 0.66%, settling at 13,925.71 points.
The « MASI.20 » index, which reflects the performance of 20 listed companies, gained 0.87% to reach 1,121.92 points, while the MASI.ESG index, comprising companies with the best ESG ratings, grew by 0.5% to 1,004.07 points.
Similarly, the « MASI Mid and Small Cap » index, which tracks the performance of small and medium-sized listed companies, increased by 0.84% to 1,325.89 points.
It is worth noting that the « MASI » index ended Wednesday’s session with a loss of 0.75%.
