Treasury Funding Needs Drop to 36.1 Billion Dirhams

The Ministry of Economy and Finance reported that treasury funding needs reached 36.1 billion dirhams at the end of September, compared to 54.9 billion dirhams recorded a year earlier.
The ministry’s latest report indicates that net funding increased to 57.5 billion dirhams in the local market and 5.9 billion dirhams from external loans.
Local debt flows include subscriptions worth 163.3 billion dirhams and debt repayments of 105.8 billion dirhams, while external debt flows include withdrawals of 24.5 billion dirhams and repayments of 18.7 billion dirhams.
