The Ministry of Health and Social Protection announced on Friday one new Covid-19 case, with no deaths recorded, between October 19 and 25. According to the weekly Covid-19 bulletin, 24,925,050 people have received the first vaccine dose, 23,427,082 the second, 6,889,790 the third, and 61,584 the fourth. The total number of confirmed cases stands at 1,279,439 since the first reported case on March 2, 2020, with a weekly positivity rate of 0.6%. The new case was identified in the Casablanca-Settat region, while deaths remain at 16,310, with an overall fatality rate of 1.3% and one active case currently.
