The security forces in Riyadh district, affiliated with Rabat’s police department, successfully dismantled a network specialized in the sale and distribution of hard drugs and psychotropic substances as part of ongoing efforts to combat this serious issue.
This network, operating between Rabat and Temara, targeted addicts in the Riyadh neighborhood, offering drug delivery services via phone calls and setting up meetings in secluded locations away from surveillance.
Thanks to continuous vigilance and monitoring, authorities managed to identify and apprehend three individuals in the network— »H.B », « M.Ch », and their associate « D.J »—caught in possession of hard drugs like « boufa, » hallucinogenic pills, and several slabs of cannabis resin.
A judicial investigation has been opened under the supervision of the public prosecutor to examine the criminal actions attributed to them. The suspects are being held in custody and will be presented before the prosecutor after the investigation concludes.
