Abdelaziz Kollouh, Secretary General of the Court of Accounts, announced Monday evening in the House of Representatives that the Council is advancing its digital transformation strategy, which emphasizes professionalism and transparency as essential pillars for reinforcing ongoing reforms.
A New Model to Improve Interaction
While presenting the 2025 budget for financial courts to the Justice and Human Rights Committee, Mr. Kollouh highlighted that the new model aims to enhance work methods and interactions with stakeholders. This will be achieved through continuous improvement of software and applications, focusing on efficiency and prioritizing impactful objectives.
Digital Projects: Towards Paperless Management
Among the initiatives underway is the digitization of all account submission processes. Mr. Kollouh specified that an electronic platform will be introduced, allowing stakeholders to submit accounts directly online with enhanced security.
A Digital System for File Management
Additionally, a digital system for managing case files is being developed. This will enable digital archiving and management, reducing reliance on paper and facilitating administrative processes from file submission to notification of judicial outcomes.
Artificial Intelligence for Data Analysis
Mr. Kollouh also announced the launch of artificial intelligence-based projects to improve data analysis and increase efficiency. A roadmap is being prepared to integrate these technologies starting next year.
System Security and Updates
System updates will also include cybersecurity enhancements to protect financial courts against rising threats.
2025 Budget Overview
The financial courts’ 2025 budget exceeds 619 million dirhams, marking an 8.4% increase compared to 2024. The funds cover salaries, equipment, and investments, especially in technology.
