The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts the formation of dense low clouds with fog or mist over northern and central plains for today, Tuesday.
Very light, localized rain is expected on the northern and central coasts and the western Mediterranean facade, while partly cloudy skies with showers and possible thunderstorms will appear over the High Atlas and eastern high plateaus.
Moderate to strong winds will blow in the Tangier area, in the southern eastern region, and along the southern coasts.
Minimum temperatures will range between 18 and 20 degrees along the central coasts, as well as in the northwest and south of the Saharan provinces, between 2 and 8 degrees in the Rif, Atlas, phosphate plateaus, Oulmès, and eastern high plateaus, and between 10 and 16 degrees across the rest of the country. Daytime temperatures will rise in the eastern high plateaus and decrease in other regions.
Seas will be slightly to moderately rough on the Mediterranean coast, calm to slightly rough in the Strait of Gibraltar, and slightly to moderately rough along the Atlantic coastlines.
