The Supreme Scientific Council to Hold Its 34th Ordinary Session in Rabat

Under the guidance of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful and President of the Supreme Scientific Council, the council will hold its 34th ordinary session on November 29-30, 2024, in Rabat.

“By the permission of His Majesty Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful – may God glorify him – and pursuant to the provisions of the following Royal Decrees:

• Decree No. 1.03.300 of April 22, 2004, regarding the reorganization of scientific councils, as amended, particularly Article 4, Paragraph 1;

• Decree No. 1.04.231 of February 16, 2005, concerning the approval of the internal regulations of the Supreme Scientific Council, particularly Articles 5 and 6;

• Decrees No. 1.23.47 and 1.23.48 of June 15, 2023.

The autumn session (34th) will take place on Friday and Saturday, November 29-30, 2024, after Asr prayer, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Supreme Scientific Council in the Al Irfane district, Rabat.

Agenda:

1. Review and discussion of the preliminary outcomes of the « Optimization of Message Delivery » strategy in the Kingdom’s pilot regions;

2. Examination of the activities of regional scientific councils within the framework of local coordination and operations over the past year;

3. Follow-up on the work of the permanent and temporary committees between the 33rd and 34th sessions;

4. Approval of the annual work program for 2025 for the Supreme Scientific Council and regional and local councils;

5. Approval of the 2025 budget proposal for the Supreme Scientific Council.
