Ziyech Gains Praise from Galatasaray Coach

Galatasaray’s coach, Okan Buruk, has voiced his admiration for Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech’s performances since joining the team.

Speaking at a press conference ahead of their Europa League clash with AZ Alkmaar, Buruk highlighted Ziyech’s technical contributions despite the challenges he has faced.

« Ziyech has an extraordinary touch that adds a lot to Galatasaray. While he has dealt with injuries, he’s working hard to reach full fitness. He’s already made crucial contributions, and we trust he can achieve even more, » Buruk stated.

Regarding Ziyech’s future, Buruk explained that the player’s contract includes an automatic renewal clause based on the number of games he participates in, a feature also implemented last season.

« He played a pivotal role last season, and his current form makes it hard for the club to consider parting ways with him, » Buruk added.

These comments indicate an improvement in the relationship between the coach and the Moroccan player, following a period of tensions that had affected Ziyech’s integration into the team.
