CESE Approves Its Opinion on Atypical Employment Forms

The Economic, Social, and Environmental Council (CESE) has approved its opinion on atypical employment forms and professional relations during the 164th ordinary session of its General Assembly, chaired by Ahmed Réda Chami.

This session, held on November 28, featured the participation of Fouzi Lekjaa, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the Budget, President of the Moroccan Royal Football Federation, and Chairman of the « 2030 World Cup Committee. » Lekjaa delivered a presentation titled: « 2030 World Cup: A Soft Sports Power and a Development Lever. »

According to the CESE’s statement, the session’s agenda also included the adoption of the draft opinion on « atypical employment forms and professional relations. »

Through this self-initiated study, the Council aims to explore the dynamics of atypical employment forms, analyze the challenges they pose, and provide recommendations to protect and enhance human capital, create new job opportunities, boost Moroccan companies’ competitiveness, and foster the sustainable development of the national economy.

The statement noted that this opinion will be published in the coming weeks.
