Royal Air Maroc (RAM) transported over 175,000 passengers between Tunisia and other destinations in 2024, according to Mohamed Issam Mossadek, RAM’s regional representative in Tunisia. Speaking at an event in Tunis celebrating the conclusion of the 2024 IATA year, Mossadek praised the company’s success, attributing it to the teamwork within RAM and its network of commercial partners.

The event highlighted RAM’s key achievements, including the launch of new routes. Domestically, the company linked Rabat with Errachidia and Laayoune. Internationally, new connections to Naples (Italy), Manchester (UK), and Abuja (Nigeria) were introduced. RAM is set to resume flights to São Paulo (Brazil), Beijing (China), and Toronto (Canada) in late 2024 and early 2025.

Certificates of appreciation were awarded to top-performing Tunisian distributors. RAM’s 2023 strategic plan aims to expand its fleet to 200 aircraft by 2037, open 100 new international destinations, and generate revenue of 94 billion MAD, solidifying its position as a key African player in global aviation.
