The General Directorate of Meteorology predicts cold weather this Saturday across the Atlas Mountains, Rif, eastern regions, southeastern slopes, and northern and central interior plains, especially during the morning and night.
Low clouds and patches of fog are expected over the northern and central plains near the Atlantic Ocean and the northwest of the Saharan provinces. Meanwhile, high-altitude clouds will cover parts of the kingdom.
Moderate to strong gusts of wind are anticipated along the Mediterranean coast and the far south, accompanied by some dust in the latter region.
Minimum temperatures will range from 2 to 6 degrees in the Atlas Mountains and eastern highlands, 12 to 18 degrees in the southern regions and Souss, and 6 to 12 degrees elsewhere. Daytime temperatures will experience a slight increase in the eastern parts of the country.
The sea will be calm to slightly rough in the Mediterranean, slightly rough in the Strait of Gibraltar, and slightly rough to rough along the Atlantic coast.
