Egyptian actor and performer Nabil El-Halfaoui passed away this Sunday in Cairo at the age of 77 following a health crisis.
According to Egyptian media, El-Halfaoui had been admitted to intensive care after suffering a health condition that lasted for several days. He leaves behind a legacy of remarkable cinematic and television works.
A graduate of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in 1970, El-Halfaoui began his artistic journey with minor roles. His stardom rose in the 1990s, particularly after his performance in the renowned Egyptian series Rafaat El-Haggan.
His notable works include the film The Road to Eilat and the TV series Zein Barakat and Wanoos.
