Weather Forecast for Saturday

The General Directorate of Meteorology expects relatively cold to cold weather on Saturday, with local frost during the night and morning in the Atlas Mountains, Rif, southeastern slopes, and the eastern region.

Snowfall is anticipated on the peaks of the High and Middle Atlas, accompanied by rain and locally stormy showers in the mountainous areas of the Atlas and southeastern slopes.

Additionally, patches of fog and low clouds are expected along the Atlantic coasts. Dust particles may spread in the northern Saharan provinces, with moderately strong winds in the Tangier region.

Minimum temperatures will range between -2°C and 3°C in the High and Middle Atlas regions, their eastern slopes, the Rif, and the eastern region. They will vary between 13°C and 16°C in Tangier, the central Atlantic plains, the far south of the Saharan provinces, and coastal areas. Temperatures will range between 4°C and 9°C in the rest of the country.

Daytime temperatures will see a slight drop.

The sea will be slightly to moderately rough in the Mediterranean, the Strait of Gibraltar, and along the Atlantic coasts.
