Weather Forecast for Thursday

The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts generally cold weather this Thursday, with local frost in the morning and at night over mountainous regions, the Rif, the southeastern and eastern areas, as well as interior plains.

Partly cloudy skies with very light scattered rain are expected in the morning over the eastern region and the far eastern coastal areas.

Moderately strong winds are anticipated in the far south of the country, accompanied by localized dust storms.

Minimum temperatures will range between -5 and 0 degrees in the Atlas Mountains, between 6 and 12 degrees in the Souss region, southern provinces, and coastal areas, and between 0 and 6 degrees in the rest of the country.

During the day, a slight increase in temperatures is expected.

The sea will be calm to slightly rough across the Mediterranean, the Strait of Gibraltar, and along the Atlantic coast.
