The city of Tétouan will host communicative days on January 11 and 12 under the theme: “Enhancing Capacities and Building Collaborative Action to Support Cancer Patients through Networking and Knowledge Updating.”

These days, organized by the association “Cancer: We Are All Concerned,” aim to improve coordination among national associations and relevant national and international organizations. They also highlight the WHO framework for meaningful participation of individuals affected by cancer and its adaptation by Morocco’s Ministry of Health and Social Protection.

The event seeks to explore the latest medical and scientific developments, enhance administrative and technical skills among associations, and create collaborative plans to sustain humanitarian efforts.

The first day will feature a scientific meeting titled “Recent Advances in Cancer Care,” involving representatives from the Ministry of Health, WHO, oncologists, and various associations. Updates on treatment innovations will be shared.

On the second day, a workshop titled “Networking and Strengthening Collaborative Work” will be held, focusing on developing collaboration mechanisms among associations and sharing their experiences.

This initiative aligns with efforts to enhance awareness and collaboration between associations and institutions supporting cancer patients, aiming to improve the quality of services provided.
