Weather Forecast for Wednesday

The General Directorate of Meteorology predicts cold weather accompanied by local frost in mountainous regions, the eastern areas, the southeastern parts of the country, the high plateaus, and the interior plains.

Low clouds and foggy patches will form over parts of the Atlantic coast, while partially cloudy skies with scattered rain showers are expected over the eastern Mediterranean coast and the eastern regions.

Moderate to strong wind gusts are anticipated in the northern and central plains, the Saïss region, and Tangier. Minimum temperatures will range between -9°C and -1°C in the Great and Middle Atlas mountains and the eastern highlands, between 5°C and 10°C in the northern and central Atlantic plains and the southeastern regions, and between 10°C and 15°C near the coasts and in the Saharan provinces. Elsewhere, temperatures will be between -1°C and 5°C.

Daytime temperatures will see a slight increase in the south of the country but will decrease elsewhere.

The sea will be slight to moderate in the Mediterranean and the Strait of Gibraltar, and moderate to rough along the Atlantic coasts.
