No Damage Reported After 5.2 Magnitude Earthquake

The Ministry of Equipment and Water confirmed that the 5.2-magnitude earthquake that struck Ouezzane province on Monday evening caused no damage to road infrastructure or water facilities.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the ministry specified that the earthquake’s epicenter was located in the Brikcha commune. Following the tremor, the relevant authorities conducted field inspections to assess its impact on the road network and hydraulic infrastructure in Ouezzane and neighboring provinces. No damage was recorded, according to their findings.
