Casablanca Stock Exchange Ends Week on a Positive Note

The Casablanca Stock Exchange concluded the week of February 10-14 with a positive performance as the MASI index rose by 0.77% to 16,452.23 points. The MASI.20 gained 0.74% (1,328.55 points), while the MASI.ESG dropped slightly by 0.06% (1,144.43 points). The MASI Mid and Small Cap index advanced by 0.7% (1,745.44 points).
Total trading volume reached 2.51 billion dirhams, mainly driven by Maroc Telecom (12.73%), LafargeHolcim Maroc (9.72%), and Attijariwafa Bank (9.19%). Market capitalization exceeded 844.16 billion dirhams.
Top gainers included Up Com Maroc (+30.22%), Managem (+13.24%), SMI (+11.81%), Sanlam Maroc (+10.5%), and Afriquia Gaz (+6.98%). The biggest losers were Rissala (-16.92%), Maghreb Oxygène (-14.39%), Eqdom (-14.27%), Maghrebail (-4.38%), and Bank of Africa (-4.26%).
